Cut flat with cream saddle stitching and a warm tan lining. Shown with a gold-tone buckle; it suits a field watch, a green or champagne dial, or anything in gold.

A soft lining sits against the wrist, and the edges are finished by hand. Every strap is made in the size, buckle and finishing you specify, and nothing is cut until those are set. Free engraving of up to 12 characters on the lining is available.

Specification

Material

Genuine alligator leather, hand-dyed patina

Colour

Olive

Profile

Flat

Stitching

Cream — saddle-stitched by hand

Lug width

12–24 mm, in pairs — custom sizes made to measure

Length

105/65 – 135/105 mm, or your own measurement

Made in

Ha Noi, Vietnam

About alligator leather

Alligator is the long-standing benchmark for luxury watch straps — prized for its raised natural scales, the soft sheen of the surface, and a richness calf leather cannot replicate. Each hide is unique, and it picks up a quiet patina over years rather than months.

About hand-dyed patina

The colour is built up by hand in thin layers, so it sits deeper in the grooves between the scales and lighter on the crowns. That depth is what makes a patina strap look alive under light — and why no two come out the same.

FAQ

Which lug width and length should I order?

Measure the gap between your watch lugs in millimetres; that is your lug width. We make this patina alligator strap in pairs from 12 to 24 mm (for example 20/18 or 22/20 mm) and in lengths from 105/65 to 135/105 mm for wrists of roughly 14 to 22.5 cm. Custom sizes are made to measure. Keep the strap away from soaking, swimming and direct heat; if it gets wet, blot it and let it air-dry naturally.

How long does delivery to the US take?

Every strap is cut and stitched to order in our Ha Noi workshop in 3–5 business days, then ships to the US for a flat $5.99 with 10–12 days in transit. Orders over $350 ship free.
