Bend it and the colour lifts along the fold — the pull-up effect — then settles back darker than before. Scuffs rub out under a thumb. Over a year the strap carries a record of how it has been worn: lighter on the flex points, deeper at the lugs. If you want a strap that looks better used than new, this is the one.

FAQ

How do I choose the right lug width and length?

Measure the inside distance between your watch's lugs in millimetres — that is your lug width. This strap is made in 12–24 mm in pairs (for example 20/18 mm, lug/buckle), with custom widths on request, and in lengths from 105/65 to 135/105 mm for wrists of roughly 14–22.5 cm. Our size guide walks you through it.

How do I care for a waxed cowhide strap?

Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth; most light scuffs rub out under a thumb as the wax moves. If it gets wet, let it dry naturally, away from direct heat. The colour lightens along the flex points and deepens with wear — that pull-up character is expected, not a defect.

How long does delivery to the US take?

Each strap is made to order in our Ha Noi workshop in 3–5 business days, then ships to the US for a flat $5.99 with about 10–12 days in transit. Orders over $350 ship free.
