Chevre Sully comes from Alran, a French tannery working goatskin since 1903. Goat is denser than calf, so the leather is lighter and considerably stronger for its thickness, with a fine natural pebble no embossing reproduces. It resists creasing and takes colour with real depth — a favourite of independent strap makers.
