Mobile Terms of Service
The XILUGS mobile messaging service (the “Service”) is operated by XILUGS (“XILUGS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Mobile Message Service Terms and Conditions (“Mobile Terms”).
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service or any of its features at any time. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also update these Mobile Terms. Continued participation after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile number and expressly consenting to receive messages from XILUGS, you agree to receive recurring SMS or text messages from or on behalf of XILUGS at the number you provided.
Messages may be sent using automated technology where permitted by law.
- Transactional and service messages may include order confirmations, production updates, shipping notifications, delivery alerts, account notices and customer-service communications.
- Promotional messages may include product announcements, special offers, discounts, abandoned-cart reminders and other marketing communications.
You do not need to subscribe to promotional SMS messages to make a purchase from XILUGS. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies depending on your orders, account activity and marketing preferences. XILUGS does not charge a separate fee for the Service.
Standard message, data, roaming and other fees charged by your wireless carrier may apply. You are responsible for all carrier charges associated with receiving or sending SMS messages.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of promotional SMS messages at any time by replying with:

No further promotional messages will be sent unless you subscribe again. Transactional or service-related messages may still be sent when necessary to complete an order, provide requested support or comply with legal obligations.
If you are subscribed to more than one XILUGS messaging program, you may need to opt out from each program separately.

Mobile Number Changes
You agree to provide a valid mobile number. If you change or deactivate your number, you are responsible for updating your information or opting out before the number is reassigned.
XILUGS may change the sending number, short code or messaging provider used to operate the Service. Messages sent to an outdated or discontinued number may not be received.
Carrier Responsibility and Availability
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed, misdirected or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your mobile network, device, carrier service and other factors outside XILUGS’s control.
The Service may not be available in all countries, regions, languages, devices or mobile networks. XILUGS does not guarantee that every message will be delivered or delivered within a specific time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XILUGS will not be liable for failed, delayed, incomplete or misdirected delivery of any message, errors or omissions in message content, carrier interruptions, or actions taken or not taken in reliance on the Service.
Nothing in these Mobile Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Privacy
Information collected through the Service is handled in accordance with the XILUGS Privacy Policy.

No. Marketing SMS consent is voluntary and is not required to purchase XILUGS products.
