These Terms apply to all users of the website, including browsers, customers, prospective customers, merchants, suppliers, contributors of content, and any person accessing or using any part of the Service.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all provisions of these Terms, you must not access the website, submit an order, or use the Service.

Any new products, features, customization options, tools, or services added to the store will also be governed by these Terms. We may update, revise, or replace any portion of these Terms by publishing an updated version on this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. You must not transmit viruses, worms, malicious code, automated scripts, or any technology intended to interfere with, damage, monitor, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the website, the Service, Shopify, our payment providers, or any connected system.

A breach of these Terms may result in the restriction, suspension, or immediate termination of your access to the Service, cancellation of an order, and any other remedy available to us under applicable law.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service, restrict access, decline a customization request, cancel an order, or limit quantities when we reasonably believe that an order or use of the Service is fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, technically impractical, harmful to our business, inconsistent with these Terms, or likely to infringe the rights of another person.

Your content, excluding payment card information, may be transmitted over different networks and may be modified as technically necessary to meet the requirements of connected networks or devices. Payment information is handled by Shopify and/or authorized payment providers and is encrypted during transmission in accordance with their security practices.

Unless we provide prior written authorization, you may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, commercially exploit, frame, mirror, scrape, or otherwise use any portion of the Service, website content, product photography, product descriptions, customization system, or contact information for a commercial purpose.

The headings in these Terms are included for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect the interpretation of any provision.

SECTION 3 – INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE

We aim to provide accurate, useful, and current information. However, information on the website may occasionally be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Website content is provided for general information and should not be treated as the sole basis for a decision where more precise information is reasonably required.

Some information may be historical or retained for reference. We may modify website content, product information, product availability, compatibility lists, materials, colors, measurements, or specifications at any time. Except where required by law, we are not obligated to update every page immediately after a change.

You are responsible for reviewing the product page, selected options, personalization details, measurements, shipping information, and order summary before completing your purchase.

SECTION 4 – HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS, MATERIALS, COLORS, AND NATURAL VARIATIONS

XILUGS products may include handcrafted leather key covers, key fob cases, watch straps, name tags, leather accessories, and other made-to-order or personalized goods. Because many products are cut, dyed, painted, stitched, stamped, burnished, and finished by hand, reasonable variations are part of the handmade character of the product and are not necessarily defects.

Natural leather may contain variations in grain, pores, wrinkles, scars, texture, thickness, tone, and absorption. Hand-painted or Patina finishes may differ slightly from photographs or samples and may develop additional color variation through use, light exposure, moisture, friction, leather care products, and natural aging.

Colors displayed on a screen may vary depending on device settings, monitor calibration, lighting, photography, surrounding colors, and production batch. We make reasonable efforts to display colors accurately but cannot guarantee that a screen image will perfectly match the physical product.

Minor differences in stitching position, edge paint, embossing depth, logo placement, hardware finish, dimensions, or alignment may occur within reasonable handmade tolerances. These characteristics will not automatically qualify a product as defective where they do not materially impair normal use.

Leather is a natural material. Exposure to water, sweat, cosmetics, alcohol, chemicals, excessive heat, prolonged sunlight, rough surfaces, or unsuitable cleaning products may cause staining, fading, deformation, color transfer, cracking, or premature wear. Customers are responsible for using and caring for products appropriately.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY, MEASUREMENTS, AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers must carefully confirm product compatibility before ordering. For key fob covers, compatibility may depend on the exact key shape, button layout, number of buttons, emergency key design, model year, market version, and internal key construction. Vehicle model names alone may not be sufficient to identify the correct key type.

For watch straps, customers must verify lug width, buckle width, strap length, wrist size, attachment type, quick-release requirements, curvature, thickness, and any other relevant measurements. Measurements should be taken accurately in millimeters unless the product page states otherwise.

We may request photographs, measurements, model information, or additional confirmation before production. You are responsible for providing clear and accurate information. If production is completed according to the information, photographs, measurements, model code, or option selected by you, the product will not be considered defective solely because it does not fit a different item, key shape, watch, buckle, or configuration.

References to vehicle manufacturers, watch manufacturers, models, logos, product names, or trademarks are used only to describe compatibility, customer-requested personalization, or the intended application of an accessory. Unless expressly stated otherwise, XILUGS is an independent aftermarket accessory maker and is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by any vehicle or watch manufacturer.

SECTION 6 – CUSTOMIZATION AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Many XILUGS products are made to order and may be customized by leather type, color, Patina finish, thread color, edge color, hardware, logo stamp, initials, name, telephone number, text, symbol, length, width, or other options shown on the product page or agreed in writing.

You are responsible for checking all customization information before submitting your order. This includes spelling, capitalization, punctuation, spacing, font selection, logo selection, position, color, measurements, and product version. We may reproduce personalization exactly as submitted, including customer errors.

Where we provide a digital preview, photograph, message confirmation, or production mockup, the preview is intended to confirm the general design and placement. Minor differences may occur during physical production due to material texture, stamp size, manual positioning, leather response, and production tolerances.

We may decline content that is unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, threatening, obscene, defamatory, infringing, or likely to create confusion regarding affiliation or authorization. We may also decline artwork or logos that cannot be produced reliably with available equipment or materials.

By submitting a name, logo, artwork, symbol, photograph, design, or other material for customization, you represent that you own the material or have all permissions necessary for us to reproduce it for your order. You grant XILUGS a limited, non-exclusive license to use the submitted material solely as reasonably necessary to review, prepare, manufacture, and fulfill the order.

Personalized, custom-sized, custom-colored, hand-painted, logo-stamped, name-stamped, or otherwise made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange after production has started, except where required by law or where the product is defective or materially different from the confirmed order.

SECTION 7 – PRODUCTS, AVAILABILITY, AND CHANGES

Certain products and services may be available exclusively through our website. Products may be made in limited quantities, produced after an order is placed, or discontinued without notice.

We reserve the right to limit sales by person, account, household, geographic region, jurisdiction, payment method, or order. We may limit the quantities of any product or service and may discontinue a product, color, material, hardware option, customization method, or service at any time.

Product descriptions, photographs, compatibility information, estimated production times, available options, and prices may be revised without prior notice. An offer is void where prohibited by law.

We do not guarantee that every product, color, material, stamp, logo option, buckle, or accessory shown on the website will remain available. If an option becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you to offer a reasonable substitute, revised production time, store credit where accepted, or cancellation and refund for the affected item.

SECTION 8 – PRICES, CURRENCY, TAXES, AND PROMOTIONS

Product prices may change without notice. The price charged for an order is generally the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors and any additional customization agreed with you.

Prices may be displayed in a selected or localized currency. Currency conversion may be performed by Shopify, a payment provider, your bank, or another third party. Exchange rates and foreign transaction fees are outside our control.

Unless expressly stated at checkout, product prices and shipping charges may not include import duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, value-added tax, goods and services tax, or other charges imposed by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for charges assessed by customs authorities, carriers, or local governments, except where applicable law or the checkout expressly states otherwise.

Discounts, promotional codes, free-shipping offers, gifts, or other promotions may be subject to separate conditions, expiration dates, minimum order values, geographic restrictions, product exclusions, or quantity limits. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined and have no cash value.

SECTION 9 – ORDERS, ACCEPTANCE, BILLING, AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order. We may review payment, fraud indicators, product availability, customization feasibility, shipping restrictions, and order details before accepting or producing the order.

We may refuse, limit, place on hold, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary. This may include orders associated with suspected fraud, payment disputes, reselling, abusive conduct, inaccurate information, prohibited destinations, unusually large quantities, technical pricing errors, or customization that cannot be completed as requested.

If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue a refund for the cancelled amount to the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times and any lawful deductions previously disclosed.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, purchase, and account information. You must promptly update your email address, telephone number, shipping address, and payment information where necessary so that we can process the transaction and contact you.

You are responsible for reviewing the shipping address before checkout. Additional shipping costs caused by an incomplete, incorrect, undeliverable, or outdated address may be charged to you where permitted by law.

SECTION 10 – PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION AND FRAUD PREVENTION

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the total shown at checkout, together with any additional amount separately approved by you.

Payments may be processed by Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe, Shop Pay, card networks, banks, or other third-party providers made available at checkout. We do not control their approval decisions, security procedures, verification requests, exchange rates, holds, or processing times.

We may request additional information to verify an order, including confirmation of identity, billing information, delivery information, or authorization to use a payment method. Failure to provide reasonably requested verification may result in delay or cancellation.

Unauthorized chargebacks, fraudulent disputes, payment reversals, or attempts to obtain both a refund and the product may result in suspension of service and recovery action to the extent permitted by law.

SECTION 11 – PRODUCTION TIMES, SHIPPING, AND DELIVERY

Production and processing times shown on the website are estimates and may vary based on order volume, material availability, customization complexity, holidays, quality-control requirements, and communication delays. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless we expressly state otherwise in writing. Delays may occur due to customs inspection, weather, transportation disruption, carrier backlog, incorrect addresses, remote-area delivery, public holidays, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and legal title pass in accordance with applicable law and the delivery terms stated at checkout. Where permitted by law, an order may be considered delivered when carrier tracking confirms delivery to the address, mailbox, reception desk, parcel locker, safe place, or authorized recipient supplied for the order.

You must inspect the parcel promptly after delivery. Claims relating to missing items, transit damage, or an incorrect item should be reported to us as soon as reasonably possible, together with clear photographs of the parcel, shipping label, packaging, and product.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, failure to collect, unpaid customs charges, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, we may charge the reasonable cost of reshipping. For personalized products, a refund may be reduced by non-recoverable production and shipping costs to the extent permitted by law.

SECTION 12 – RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Because many products are handmade, personalized, custom-sized, or produced specifically for an order, eligibility may differ from standard ready-made products. Please review the Return and Refund Policy before purchasing.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

SECTION 13 – OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may provide access to optional tools, applications, payment systems, tracking services, review platforms, social networks, translation features, currency converters, or other third-party services. We do not necessarily monitor, control, or endorse these tools.

You should review and understand the terms and privacy practices of the relevant provider before using a third-party tool. New tools, features, or resources added to the website will also be subject to these Terms where applicable.

SECTION 15 – USER COMMENTS, REVIEWS, FEEDBACK, AND SUBMISSIONS

If you send reviews, photographs, videos, testimonials, suggestions, ideas, proposals, design feedback, messages, or other materials (“Submissions”), you remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of the material you submit.

Unless you clearly state otherwise before submission, you grant XILUGS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, translate, adapt, publish, display, and distribute your Submissions for operating, improving, and promoting our business, products, and Service. This license does not transfer ownership of your original material to us.

We are not obligated to keep unsolicited Submissions confidential, pay compensation for them, publish them, or respond to them. We may monitor, edit, reject, or remove content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, misleading, abusive, obscene, defamatory, infringing, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable.

You must not submit content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, personality, or other rights; contains malware; impersonates another person; uses a false email address; or misrepresents the origin of the content.

SECTION 16 – PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PRIVACY

Your submission and our handling of personal information through the store are governed by our Privacy Policy.

No provision of these Terms grants you ownership of or a license to use our intellectual property except for the limited, personal, non-commercial access necessary to browse the website and purchase products.

You may not use XILUGS branding, content, product images, or designs to suggest affiliation, authorization, resale status, or endorsement without our prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks, vehicle names, watch names, logos, and model names remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on our website does not imply affiliation or endorsement unless expressly stated.

SECTION 20 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that the website or Service will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, compatible, or error-free. We do not guarantee that all information, search results, translations, currency conversions, estimated dates, or third-party data will be completely accurate or reliable.

We are not responsible for loss caused by misuse, incorrect installation, incorrect measurements supplied by the customer, incompatibility with an unconfirmed product version, normal wear, natural leather variation, improper care, accidental damage, unauthorized repair, third-party modification, carrier delay, customs action, or events outside our reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be excluded, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

SECTION 22 – INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless XILUGS and our owners, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from:

• your violation of applicable law or the rights of another person;
• customization content, logos, artwork, or materials supplied by you; or
• your fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized use of the Service.

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by our own unlawful conduct or where indemnification is prohibited by applicable consumer law.

SECTION 23 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the unenforceable portion will be treated as severed. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, war, civil disturbance, government action, sanctions, labor disputes, power failure, internet outage, cyberattack, material shortages, transportation disruption, customs delay, or carrier interruption.

Where such an event materially affects an order, we may extend the estimated performance time, offer an alternative, or cancel and refund the affected portion as appropriate and as required by law.
