Custom PAM Watch Strap — padded, thick, made to your watch.

A heavy, padded PAM strap for the big cases and wide lugs of Panerai-size watches. It is cut thick, so the watch sits low and steady on the wrist. Every strap is cut and stitched by hand to order in our Ha Noi workshop, from the leather, colour, stitching and buckle you choose on the form.

Sizes for PAM straps

Lug width is the gap between the two lugs of your case; buckle width is the width at the clasp. We write them lug first, so 24/22 means 24 mm at the lugs and 22 mm at the buckle. Standard sizes for these cases:

• Fits Panerai Luminor 44 mm — 24/22
• Fits Panerai Luminor 47 mm — 26/22
• Fits Panerai Luminor Due 38 mm — 20/18
• Fits Panerai Luminor Due 42 mm — 22/18
• Fits Panerai Radiomir — the size varies by reference, so please measure the gap between your lugs and enter it on the form.

The same case diameter does not always mean the same lug width, so measure your own watch to be sure. The four drawings at the top of this page show where to measure on a PAM Classic, PAM Wire Lug, PAM Diver and PAM Slim watch.

For lugs wider than 24 mm (26 mm or 27 mm), choose Custom size in the Lug Width list and type your lug and buckle measurements. Many PAM Classic cases hold the strap with a screw-in lug bar (tube and screw): if yours does, say so in the Note field so we can make the strap ends to suit.

• Choose the leather — Epsom, Togo, Swift, Lizard, Alligator and more.
• Define the fit — lug width, buckle width, length, thickness and lining.
• Finish the details — stitch style and colour, buckle finish, edge colour, engraving.

Nothing is cut until the order is placed. Tell us straight away if any detail needs changing, while the strap is still on the bench.

Which leathers can I choose?

Regular leathers include Epsom, Togo, Swift, Babele and Nappa calfskin, full-grain and waxed cowhide, goatskin, Italian bull and the hand-dyed XILUGS Signature Patina. Exotic options include alligator, ostrich, ostrich leg, lizard, beaver tail, shark and stingray. Regular leather starts from $69 and exotics from $105.

Which lug width and length should I order?

Measure the gap between your watch lugs in millimetres; that is your lug width. Pairs up to 24 mm at the lugs are in the list (for example 24/22 or 22/20). For 26 mm or 27 mm lugs, choose Custom size and type your measurements. Lengths run from 105/65 to 135/105 mm for wrists of roughly 14 to 22.5 cm, with custom sizes made to measure. Will it fit my watch?

Tell us your watch model in the Note field and we will check the lug width and the way your case holds the strap before we cut. Our PAM straps are made to fit Panerai Luminor, Radiomir, Submersible and Luminor Due cases; we are not affiliated with Panerai.

How long does delivery to the US take?

Every strap is cut and stitched to order in our Ha Noi workshop in 3–5 business days, then ships to the US for a flat $5.99 with 10–12 days in transit. Orders over $350 ship free. Any import duties are the customer's responsibility. Custom and engraved straps cannot be returned unless faulty.
