We are a small workshop in Ha Noi. Each strap is cut, stitched and burnished by hand, and the photos below are the pieces customers actually got in the post.
I have designed and purchased over 10 straps with XILUGS. Their configurator is one of the best in the industry. The straps are extremely high quality in all regards, the shipping time for a custom strap is exceptional, and their service and customer care is amazing. My problem is that I have become addicted to their straps:-)

Perfect for my zenith chronomaster and designed exactly as ordered, it was easy to swap from the metal bracelet and wears comfortably.

I make and sell leather products for a store in Branson Mo. This watch band is of the highest quality. I am very impressed with the workmanship. The band should last a very long time for anyone who is looking for a watch band. Do not hesitate to purchase from this shop. It arrived on time. I think it just took a few days in shipping. Now I screwed up on the size and will have to order the same watch band again. This time I will send pictures of my watch with the measurements between the watch pins and showing the back of the watch for the brand and model. To help with sizing. Somehow I ordered an 18cm and my wrist measures 16.5cm. So I would say double check sizing.
I have bought straps locally and from other sellers from another platforms. These are the softest and highest quality ones I have ever had and I have bought more expensive ones. There was a small problem with shipping ,but I contacted the seller and they solved it immediately. The customer service was excellent!
Strap appears to be really well made and the leather looks amazing. I will be wearing the watch often now so we will see how it holds up over time!

Item looked amazing. But the quick release spring bar broke pretty quick after a month or two, and I had to cut the strap off the watch with a knife
